  • How does local delivery work?
    • 2 to 7 Working Days via DHL
    • $20 for purchases below $399
    • Free for purchases $399 and above
    • All deliveries are tracked and a tracking number and link will be sent by email.
    • Do indicate in the "Notes" section of your order any specific delivery instructions or timing instructions for the delivery provider – e.g. "Leave at condo concierge", "No delivery after 7pm"
    • Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Orders placed after 7pm SG on Friday will be shipped on the following Monday, with the exception of Public Holidays or non-availability of shipping provider pickup.
    • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

    Same Day Delivery

    • If you are located in Singapore, you may arrange same day pickup from our showroom via Grab Express or any courier of your choice. Please indicate this in the "Notes" section of your order.
    • We are unable to arrange same day delivery via courier.

    Please Note:

    • We will make reasonable efforts to deliver goods within the timeframes that are estimated on this website. Delays are occasionally inevitable due to factors out of our control and The Tack Shop shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver products within the estimated timeframes.
    • Title to and risk of loss of your order will pass to you upon delivery of the products to the address you gave and stated on your order details.
    • Any damages must be notified to the courier upon delivery and we must be notified of missing items in writing to info@thetackshop.sg, within 72 hours of delivery.
    • If you (the customer) request, with us or in direct contact with our courier, the parcel(s) to be left at the property without signature, then title to and risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.
  • How does international shipping work?

      - All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.
      - The Tack Shop cannot be responsible for delivery delays due to customs clearance or delivery issues within the country of delivery.
      - An estimated calculation of duties and taxes can be found here. Please note that the information provided in the link should only be used as a reference. You may wish to check with your local customs authority before placing an order.

  • How do I return/exchange my product?

    To be eligible for a return for store credit or an exchange, the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging within 7 days of the date of receipt of the package. A receipt or proof of purchase must be produced. We do not issue cash refunds. To start a return or exchange, please send an email to info@thetackshop.sg. All refunds and exchanges are subject to management's discretion. Shipping fees are not refundable. The 360 ID Tag must be attached for all returns, if the item is shipped outside of Singapore.

    • The below items cannot be returned or exchanged, and are considered final sale:
      - Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
      - Gift Cards
      - Horse care goods (such as grooming products)
      - Helmets and Helmet Liners
      - Body and Back Protectors
      - Undergarments, Gloves and Socks
      - Discounted, Sale or Clearance items

    • Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
    • We will require picture proof of the incorrect or damaged item.
    • Please allow us 5 working days to evaluate the issue and respond.
