At a Glance

Local Delivery (Singapore)

We ship island-wide via DHL. Delivery takes 2 to 7 working days. Every parcel is tracked, and your tracking number and link will be emailed to you.

• $20 for orders below $399
• Free for orders $399 and above

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 7pm (SG time) on Friday ship the following Monday.

Have special instructions for the courier? Add them in the Notes section at checkout, for example “Leave at condo concierge” or “No delivery after 7pm”.

Need it today?

We don’t offer same-day courier delivery ourselves, but you can arrange your own Grab Express (or any courier of your choice) to collect your order from our Kallang office. Just place your order online, write “Grab pickup” in the Notes section, and book your courier once we confirm your order is packed and ready.

Collect In-Store (Singapore Customers)

Skip the shipping fee and collect your order from our office:

Office hours:

• Monday to Friday: 10am to 6pm
• Saturday: 10am to 3pm
• Closed Sundays & Public Holidays

Please note we are unable to provide curbside delivery.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout. All parcels are tracked, and your tracking number and link will be emailed to you.

Orders are shipped Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders placed after 7pm (SG time) on Friday ship the following Monday.

Customs duties and taxes are the buyer’s responsibility. The Tack Shop is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or delivery issues within the destination country. You can estimate your import duties with this calculator. Treat it as a reference only, and check with your local customs authority before ordering if in doubt.

Buying from Overseas, Collecting in Singapore?

If you’re located outside Singapore and would like to collect your order yourself, or have friends or family collect it for you, when visiting Singapore:

• At checkout, select Pick Up In Singapore - For International Orders
• Your items will not be shipped; they’ll be held for collection at our Singapore showroom

Shipping to a Hotel or Freight Forwarder

Please read this carefully before shipping to a hotel or freight forwarder, as it affects your return and refund eligibility:

• If tracking confirms your package as delivered but it is subsequently misplaced, or items are missing or damaged, the order is ineligible for return or refund.
• We recommend ensuring the receiving location is secure and reliable.
• By choosing to ship to a hotel or freight forwarder, you acknowledge and accept this policy.

The Fine Print (Applies to All Orders)

• Damaged or missing items: Any damage must be reporte p2d to the courier upon delivery, and missing items must be reporte p2d to us in writing at info@thetackshop.sg within 72 hours of delivery.
• Title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery to the address stated on your order. If you request (with us or directly with the courier) that parcels be left at the property without a signature, title and risk of loss pass to you upon delivery.
• Delivery estimates: We make reasonable efforts to deliver within the timeframes estimated on this website. Delays are occasionally inevitable due to factors outside our control, and The Tack Shop shall not be liable for any delay or failure to deliver within estimated timeframes.
• Shipping fees are non-refundable.
