Returns & Exchanges
To be eligible for a return for store credit or an exchange, the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging within 7 days of the date of receipt of the package.
A receipt or proof of purchase must be produced. We do not issue cash refunds. To start a return or exchange, please send an email to info@thetackshop.sg. All refunds and exchanges are subject to management's discretion.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
The 360 ID Tag must be attached for all returns, if the item is shipped outside of Singapore.
Exceptions / non-returnable & exchangeable items The below items cannot be returned or exchanged, and are considered final sale.
