Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

  • To be eligible for a return for store credit or an exchange, the item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn and unused, with tags, in its original packaging, and returned to The Tack Shop Singapore within 7 days of the date of receipt of the package.
  • Please fill in the returns form that is included in your order. 
  • A receipt or proof of purchase must be produced.
  • We do not issue cash refunds. Refunds are issued as store credit, with a validity of three months from the date of issue. 
  • Shipping fees are not refundable. 
  • Returned goods are thoroughly inspected when we receive them, and any goods with signs of damage, use, wear, or that are dirty may not be accepted, or you may be charged a restocking fee. We reserve the right to deduct the costs of these damages from the amount to be refunded to you.
  • For All International Orders:The 360 ID Tag (As pictured below) must be attached for all returns. If the 360 ID Tag is removed, the item cannot be returned. 

Exceptions / non-returnable & exchangeable items The below items cannot be returned or exchanged, and are considered final sale. 

  • Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
  • Gift Cards
  • Horse care goods (such as grooming products)
  • Helmets and Helmet Liners
  • Body and Back Protectors
  • Undergarments, Gloves and Socks
  • Discounted, Sale or Clearance items

Damages and IssuesFull-price Items

  • Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item.
  • We will require picture proof of the incorrect or damaged item.
  • Please allow us 5 working days to evaluate the issue and respond.

Discounted, Sale or Clearance items

  • Are considered final sale and are sold in as-is condition
  • Are non-returnable, non-refundable or exchangeable

Items delivered to a Hotel or Freight Forwarder 

  • When shipping to a Freight Forwarder or to a Hotel, please be aware that our Returns and Refunds policy will be affected. 
  • If your package is confirmed as delivered according to tracking information but is subsequently misplaced or items are missing or damaged, we regret to inform you that the order/item is ineligible for a return or refund. 
  • We recommend ensuring that the receiving location is secure and reliable. 
  • By choosing to ship to a freight forwarder or hotel, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
